Now CPC spends more money on a Community Development Officer

Liz Pinchen, the former Deputy Parish Clerk, has a new job at Cambourne Parish Council (CPC). Liz in now the Community Development Officer. This is a new post, therefore new expense, to carry out the Parish Plan, which has yet to be published.

Liz is doing a job for something that has yet to be finalised.
